What’s so special about your towels?
Our Dog Drying Robes are the original and only quick-dry, wearable dog towel on the market. Our unique innovative fabric technology is quick-drying, super absorbent, lightweight, compact and doesn't attract or hold onto dirt or sand.
What do your towels feel like?
Soft like suede is the best way to describe it. Over time the fibres will loosen up and become even softer with every use and wash. As a non-terry towel with no pile (thread loops) it has a flat surface and therefore unlike any other ordinary cotton or microfibre towel. This dramatically improves drying time as moisture doesn't have anywhere to hide and doesn't catch or hold onto sand and dirt.
What about for big jobs? For dogs with a long coat?
Don't be fooled by how lightweight they are. They are incredibly efficient at what they do with moisture-wicking super powers which amplifies the rate of absorbency and drying time. If you find your dog is still a bit wet, all you need to do is wring the robe out and put it back on.

Can I put the robe in the washing machine?
You betcha! Just make sure it’s a cold wash. For more info on caring for your robe check out our Care Instructions page.

Purchasing & Shipping
What payment methods do you offer?
Even though we love them so much, sadly tummy rubs just won’t cut is as a payment method. Got a credit card or PayPal account though? We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders under $80 = $8
Orders over $80 = Free
Express shipping = $12
How long will delivery take?
Processing can take up to 2 business days. After processing, please allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery, 1-3 days for express delivery. These timeframes are estimates. We want you to receive your Puppy Post as soon as possible, but sometimes there can be delays with the pesky postman. For more information on shipping head to our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within Australia. But not to worry, we hope to ship internationally very soon! If you want to make sure we ship to you in the near future, send us an email, with the subject line “International Shipping”. Let us know which country you’d like us to ship to and we’ll bump it up the priority list. You can contact us here.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you’ve made a boo-boo with your address, size or colour, or simply want to cancel your order please email hello@zohaustralia.com with your order details ASAP and we will try and help. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. Please check our Returns Policy before making a purchase.
Can I track my order?
You betcha you can. Once your order has been processed we'll email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your Puppy Post as it makes its way from us to you.
My order is damaged or not what I ordered.
Oh no! That’s the last thing we want to hear. Firstly, please accept our deepest apologies. On the rare case that this has happened get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can get this straightened out for you. Send us an email at hello@zohaustralia.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged/incorrect item within a week of delivery and we’ll organise the exchange and send out a replacement of the same item to you ASAP.
