What’s so special about a zoh robe?
Our zoh robes aren’t just showstoppers, they get the job done. Our #zohrobes not only hold more than their own weight in water but they dry 3 times faster than a regular cotton towel. And did we mention sand doesn’t stick to it? Just give it a shake and it slides right off like magic. Pair all of that with its hooded design and waistband to keep it secure (shake and zoom-proof!), you’ve got the perfect dog towel. Where are they made?
We are very proud to say that our robes are designed and made, all here in Sydney, Australia.
What size robe should I buy?
If you’re unsure what size to get check out our Size Guide. Make sure you check the Size Guide before placing your order. If you have a question, get in touch with us here. If we don’t have the right sized robe for your doggo, let us know and we’ll try to add it to our next batch. You can contact us here.
Can I put the robe in the washing machine?
You betcha! Just make sure it’s a cold wash. For more info on caring for your robe check out our Care Instructions page.

Purchasing & Shipping
What payment methods do you offer?
Even though we love them so much, sadly tummy rubs just won’t cut is as a payment method. Got a credit card or PayPal account though? We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
How much does delivery cost?
You lucky duck thing, we offer free standard shipping throughout Australia. However, if you want to get your hands on your goods quicker we also offer Express Shipping for $10.
How long will delivery take?
Processing can take up to 3 business days. After processing, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note, these timeframes are just estimates. We want you and your doggo to receive your Puppy Post as soon as possible, but sometimes there can be delays with the postman. For more information on shipping head to our Shipping page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to customers in Australia only. But not to worry, we hope to ship internationally very soon! If you want to make sure we ship to you in the near future, send us an email, with the subject line “International Shipping”, letting us know which country you’d like us to ship to and we’ll try and put it on the priority list. You can contact us here.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you’ve made a boo-boo with your address, size or colour, or simply want to cancel your order please email hello@zohaustralia.com with your order details ASAP and we will try and help. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our Returns Policy here.
Can I track my order?
You betcha you can. Once you’re order has been process we'll email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your Puppy Post as it travels its way from us to you.
My order is damaged or not what I ordered.
Oh no! That’s the last thing we want to hear. Firstly, please accept our deepest apologies get in contact with us so we can get this straightened out as soon as possible. Please send us an email at hello@zohaustralia.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged/incorrect item within a week of delivery and we’ll organise the exchange and send out a replacement of the same item to you ASAP.
