Returns

We always hope our customers and their dogs enjoy their zoh products as much we do but sometimes it doesn’t turn out that way. Before any purchase, please read and become familiar with our Returns Policy below.

Exchanges

If you’re not happy with the size of your zoh robe and would like to swap, then not to worry. We understand these things happen and will be happy to organise an exchange for you. Simply contact us here or send us an email at hello@zohaustralia.com within 14 days of purchase.

*Please note:

    • Exchanges are available only if the product/s are unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with any tags attached and in its original packaging and condition.
    • Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If an item is to be returned and exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
    • An exchange will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product.  
    • Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.
    • Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and all sales are final. Please be mindful of this when selecting your product.
Returns

Our goods are meticulously inspected before being processed for shipping. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Please send us an email at hello@zohaustralia.com asking for a refund, with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged/incorrect item within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstance we will organise a replacement or a refund.

We do not offer returns simply for change of mind or ‘buyer’s remorse’.

Gift-cards are non-refundable.

*Please note:

    • If goods have been damaged after the item has arrived, ie. by your dog (chewed or ripped apart), this does not qualify as a returnable item. 
    • If goods have been damaged from incorrect use, or incorrectly following washing instructions, this will not qualify as a returnable item.
    • If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
    • All associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If a refund is given, please allow up to 5 days for processing once the item has been received (Please note that some credit cards may take longer to process the refund which is completely out of our control.)
    • Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and all sales are final. Please be mindful of this when selecting your product.

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.

Please remember we're only a small business so allow up to 5 business days for any exchanges or returns to be processed.
