With the crazy COVID-19 saga, which is crippling the world around us, our lovely AusPost delivery warriors are being overloaded with demand. This may affect deliveries. We do not have control over this virus, or it's effect on your delivery. We are taking every precaution and safety measure we can to ensure your order gets to you safely and germ-free.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notifying you with tracking details. If for any, very unlikely, reason we require more than 3 business days to process your order we'll get in contact with you to let you know what is going on.
Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. We cannot accept any responsibility for shipping times and will not refund items that arrive later than required.
Please note, these timeframes are just estimates. We want you and your dog to receive your Puppy Post as soon as possible, but sometimes there can simply be delays with the pesky postman. Please don't blame us for this. There is nothing we can in this scenario.
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect information if it has been sent to the incorrect address. Additionally we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you are worried about this, please contact us.

We currently offer shipping to customers in Australia only. But not to worry, we hope to ship internationally very soon!
