Shipping

All orders are shipped from zoh headquarters in Sydney within 3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped tracking details. If for any, very unlikely, reason we require more than 3 business days to process your order we'll get in contact with you to let you know what is going on. If your order is urgent we advise upgrading to our Express Shipping option. 

For standard shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped.

For express shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. 

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. We cannot accept any responsibility for shipping times and will not refund items that arrive later than required. 

Please note, these timeframes are just estimates. We want you and your doggo to receive your Puppy Post as soon as possible, but sometimes there can be delays with the postman. 

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address.

Zoh Australia does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
